We are proudly serving the communities of Northern Colorado. This frequently includes Loveland, Fort Collins, Berthoud, Windsor, Wellington, and much more! We do also travel outside of Larimer County for an additional travel fee.
Yes. For our Full Package option, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to your event to secure your date. Your remaining balance will be due within 24 hours of the event. (Policy may be adjusted for "Host Pay" pricing options)
For our Grab and Go Package, your full balance is due upon booking.
Yes. To protect both the customer and us from any miscommunication, a service contract will be drafted and signed prior to each event.
Provided shore power is preferred. Although we do have the ability to be fully self-sufficient by bringing our generator. We bring all of our own filtered water for the entire event!
If you are providing shore power, we require a minimum of two standard 120V wall outlets.
We do it all! As a fully self-sufficient mobile unit, we have the ability to operate indoors and outdoors.
Full Package Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 72 hour notice of cancellation for a 50% refund of your deposit.
If cancelling 14+ days prior to your event, you may be eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
If you are cancelling within 72 hours, or the same day of your event you will be charged 100% of your deposit. This charge is to cover the filled booking reservation and cost of goods.
Grab-and-Go Cancellation Policy:
Grab-and-Go orders require a minimum of 48 hour notice of cancellation -as beverages are crafted and sealed approx. 24 hours prior to your event.
If you are cancelling 2+ days prior to your event, you will receive a full refund.
If you are cancelling within 48 hours, or the same day of your event you will be charged the full price of your order. This charge is to cover the cost of goods and delivery slot of your order.
Changes to your order or event details should be communicated as soon as possible to discuss accommodations or event rescheduling.
We offer a variety of payment options! Below are our two most common drink payment options:
Host Pay
Host pays for each drink on a "running tab" at the end of service.
Host pays for a preselected number of drinks prior to the event. If you go over we can end service or charge for additional drinks.
Guest Pay
Guest pays individually for their own drinks, either on a "running tab" or on individual transactions.
We accept a variety of payment types, including most major credit cards, digital pay, and cash! Bookings will be charged via invoice.
We are currently based in Loveland, Colorado and will travel up to a 20 mile radius at no charge. Outside of the radius will be charged $1 per mile traveled.
